"Vehicle: 2013 Mini Cooper - Service Requested: 1) Oil & Filer Change; 2) Replace & Register Battery; 3) Repair Detached or Broken Hood Release Cable; 4) Repair Driver's Side Parking Light. -- I provided the Oil, Filter & Battery, so the only cost was their labor. When I picked the car up, the total was $689.60, and the Parking Light was not Repaired, they also forgot to Register the battery until I asked, when I picked up the car. I also had to ask what the labor rate(s) were, since they are not broken down on the invoice, nor do they appear anywhere on the website. I was also promised a courtesy vehicle inspection, but was told they did not have time to do that. They had the car from 3:30 pm Monday until 9:00 am on Wednesday. My Review: Almost $700 to open the hood, change the oil & filter & replace the battery is just too much for incomplete, sloppy work. I see from other reviews, that they are apparently capable of doing very good work, but sadly, that was not my experience."

My wife and I have used one Mercedes dealership and four independent automotive service companies like Oscar’s two in Bellingham wash one in Denver Colorado and one other here in Boise. Oscars is head and shoulders above all of them and there is no other auto repair/maintenance company we will use for our baby Benz.
