They tried, but were unable to fix my balky transmission. Diagnostic mistake first, then corrected to another diagnosis. Ordered parts. Waited. Installed parts. Problem still not fixed. Took new parts out, put back old parts, and I am now back where I started, albeit poorer by $400+ dollars of labor. Had they fixed it, would have given them 5 stars, but they did not fix it.

Worked with Brad and his team and really enjoyed it. Typically that is a strange thing to mention when working with an automotive shop—- but honestly I left impressed each time I interacted with Brad, John and their team. Brad was really honest, open to talking it out, helpful and really knew his stuff despite my unique and complex transmission issue on my BMW 550i. I also felt the pricing was pretty fair considering what needed to be repaired. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be returning for any future repairs [but hopefully not too soon haha]. Keep up the great work!
